If you are logged in, simply click on the link with your name.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Login”, then on the link “Forgot your password? ". After entering the email address associated with your account and clicking "Send reset link", you will be sent a temporary password.

Order
Our site allows you to discover the creations of the coming season, but also to see and choose from the models in our permanent collection.
The “Collection” section presents the different collections in images, with links to the store.
The “Shop” section describes each model in detail, with purchasing functions.
After choosing your model and color, click on the “Add to cart” button.
A window opens, confirming that your bag has been placed in the basket, and offers you the choice of continuing your purchases or viewing your basket.
Once in your basket, you can, if necessary, modify the contents of it, and access the next stage of your order by clicking on the “Order” button.
The rest of your purchase takes place in 4 steps:
1 / Personal information
If you're not already logged in, this step involves providing your credentials.
You have a customer account
Click on the “Login” link, you will be asked to log in with your login credentials (email address and password).
Do not have an account
Click on “Create your account”, you will be asked to register your titles, First name, Last name, Email, to choose a Password and to accept the general conditions and the confidentiality policy. This account will allow you to track your order.
2 / Addresses
This step allows you to choose or enter your delivery and billing addresses.
You do not have an address registered in your account
If you have never saved an address in your account, the form asks you to save your delivery address. To do this, simply register your First Name, Last Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Country and choose if you want to use this address as your billing address.
If you do not wish to use this address as your billing address, you will be asked to register this billing address.
You have one or more addresses registered in your account
If you have registered one or more addresses in your account, you will be asked to choose one of these addresses. You can however add a new address if necessary.
If you want a billing address different from your shipping address, you can click on “Billing address is different from shipping address”
You want to correct an error in an address
If your addresses contain errors, you can click on the “Modify” button under each address to correct it, or “Delete” to delete this address.
Keep in mind that your order will be sent to the address you have defined as the delivery address. This address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
3 / Delivery method
At this step, you will be able to choose your delivery method.
We have chosen to only offer premium and secure delivery methods in order to avoid any problems during your order.
4 / Payment
This final step invites you to enter the payment method, check your order one last time, and validate your purchase.
You can pay with many French and international payment cards.

After checking your order (your delivery and billing addresses, choice of carrier, items of your purchase), simply click on the “Order with payment obligation” button to validate your payment.
And after ?

Delivery - tracking
We chose DHL's premium services for their seriousness, their punctuality and the guarantees they offer.
Depending on your address, one or more offers will be offered to you.
All our bags are slipped into a fabric bag, then into a cardboard box, respecting the size of the bag so that they are not mistreated during the trip.
No bag is folded to avoid marking the leather.
We ship Monday through Friday, except during holidays and holidays.
You are delivered the day after all orders placed before 5:30 p.m. (working day).

When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your package in real time.
When receiving your package, an adult signature will be required.
Make sure the package has no damage. If the packaging is damaged, report this in writing on the carrier's delivery note.
Also make sure the product matches your order.

Return, exchange and refund
As provided for in the Consumer Code, if you purchase a good or service remotely, you have the right to change your mind about your purchase. This is the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item.
Deadlines for returning the product
You have 14 days to return the product to us, following the sending of your withdrawal request.
Reimbursement deadlines
We will refund you no later than 14 days after we have collected the item.
Reimbursement amount
We will reimburse you for the product(s), as well as their delivery costs.
If part of the order is returned, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs in proportion to the number of items returned.
For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to any credit card other than the one used to place the order.
The goods must not suffer any depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods, in which case, your liability will be incurred and no reimbursement could be made.
The returned items must be in their original condition, with their accessories, the invoice and their authentication card.
Items that have been damaged, worn, stained, or modified will not be accepted and returned at the customer's expense.
1: Let us know your wish
If you would like to return or exchange an item, it's very simple.
First find the order in question on your account, History and details of my orders and click on Details .
In the product list , please check the product(s) you want to return and check that the quantity is correct. Then in Return goods , leave us a short message to tell us the reason for your choice and finally, click on the Return a product button.
After the request has been accepted by customer service, you will receive a return slip to print and attach to the package, as well as a prepaid return label to stick on your package.
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt to do so.
2: Prepare your package
Carefully package the item in its original packaging to protect it from the hazards of transport.
Attach all the papers that are part of the shipment (label, authentication card, etc.) and the return slip.
Be careful not to fold the item to fit it into the wrong size box. The leather will be irreparably marked and we will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
3: Schedule the collection
Contact our customer service to schedule the collection location and date.
4: Reimbursement
Once the item has been received and its condition has been verified by LeLucoParis, you will receive a refund for your purchase directly to the issuing card.
Our products
Several methods are possible for leather maintenance:
Talc:
To clean your leather handbag without the risk of damaging it, use talcum powder. Sprinkle the bag with talcum powder, then use a soft cloth or cotton ball to remove the paste. Your bag will then regain its natural shine.
Make-up remover milk or baby cleansing milk:
Makeup remover milk is another grandmother's tip for cleaning leather handbags. Take a cotton pad or a soft cloth and pour a few drops of this product on it. Apply in circular motions until dirt and stains are removed. Let dry and wipe with a soft cloth.
Glycerin:
Here is another product recommended for cleaning fragile leather handbags. Glycerin helps quickly remove small stains and dirt on the bag. Apply a few drops of this product to a cotton pad or soft cloth. Clean in circular motions. Let dry and wipe with a dry cloth.
