Carriers
In France, deliveries are handled by Colissimo, free of charge, at home and against signature, within 48 hours.
For international orders, you have the choice between Colissimo and DHL.
According to your address, one or more shipping options will be offered at checkout.
Packaging
Each bag is placed in a cotton pouch, then in a box tailored to its dimensions.
No bag is ever folded, to avoid any mark on the leather.
The care taken in packaging ensures that your bag travels in the best possible conditions.
Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is indicated when selecting your shipping method at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
It allows you to follow your order’s journey in real time.
Delivery
All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
Please check the condition of the package upon receipt.
In case of any anomaly, note it in writing on the carrier’s delivery slip.
Also make sure that the contents match your order.

Return, exchange and refund
What are my rights ?
As provided for in the Consumer Code, if you purchase a good or service remotely, you have the right to change your mind about your purchase. This is the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item.
Deadlines for returning the product
You have 14 days to return the product to us, following the sending of your withdrawal request.
Reimbursement deadlines
We will refund you no later than 14 days after we have collected the item.
Reimbursement amount
We’ll refund the item(s) and the standard shipping charges.
If part of the order is returned, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs in proportion to the number of items returned.
For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to any credit card other than the one used to place the order.
The goods must not suffer any depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods, in which case, your liability will be incurred and no reimbursement could be made.
Return procedure
The returned items must be in their original condition, with their accessories, the invoice and their authentication card.
Items that have been damaged, worn, stained, or modified will not be accepted and returned at the customer's expense.
1: Let us know your wish
If you would like to return or exchange an item, it's very simple.
Simply use the contact form at the bottom of the page, provide your name and email, your order number, and the reference number of the product you wish to return.
After the request has been accepted by customer service, you will receive a return slip to print and attach to the package, as well as a prepaid return label to stick on your package.
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt to do so.
2: Prepare your package
Carefully package the item in its original packaging to protect it from the hazards of transport.
Attach all the papers that are part of the shipment (label, authentication card, etc.) and the return slip.
Be careful not to fold the item to fit it into the wrong size box. The leather will be irreparably marked and we will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
3: Reimbursement
Once the item has been received and its condition has been verified by LeLucoParis, you will receive a refund for your purchase directly to the issuing card.
